One thing I’ve noticed with the Cerberus is how incredibly picky they are regarding source and cable pairing but, once you find the right synergy with source and cable, they are absolutely incredible. I’ll be posting my full impressions in the next week or so once I’ve had a good amount of time with them but my initial impressions paired with the Cayin N6ii (R01 motherboard/balanced output) and the EA Onyx cable are extremely favorable.
Really liking the sound on the RSV, even more than RS10. Though the RS10 is significantly superior in terms of technicalities (resolution, staging). Tonality-wise the RSV with its higher coherency sounded better and more enjoyable to my ears Transparency and detail retrieval are as well very good on these. Vocals sounded pretty accurate, with good timbre and immaculate details. I'm charmed
Some may disagree, but to my ears the RS10 is very much alike the Chinese version of VE Erlkonig. They have pretty similar tuning, and driver count. With strong DD-like BA bass. Both have slightly warmer tone, and less lift in the lower-treble. Wide range/reach with ultra-high resolution. Somewhat following the Harman target curve. Tried them both at the store last Friday The RS10 is also way more affordable, and have lighter shells. YMMV
I have a problem with the RSV. On the one hand it is lacking something for me especially in the bass departement (compared to something like U12t and Tia Trió) but on the other hand the more i listen to it the more i find it has something that all the others don't have.

As someone who bought EJ07 under influence by redrol I have to be 100% agree with him, 07 is such an amazingly tuned set, will forever be in my collection. Scale it to 100-105dB you are really felt like as in the concert.
Couldn’t resist the temptation (since I’m a treble head) so went on bought EJ09, tuning wise it’s not ER4XR/EJ07 type as accurate but resolution, detailing, mids & treble just way better. I dont listen to 07 anymore as felt my ears can pick out these deficits compared to EJ09 but I do miss the joy 07 brought for me a lot.
Shuoer did a mass production version of 07, from the graph they add a little bit of to bass & treble mostly should still be same as EJ07 OG, for “mere” $599 (same 7-driver setup). Really looking forward to folks feedback although I’ll not need it for reasons mentioned. @redrol have you heard it already? Someone who got his hands on a set already from the discord shuoer server should post something soon…
You know @Spa03 I thought long and hard about the EJ07m graph and the thing is I already own 3x EJ07. I don't think I want a different tonality in my EJ?! I know that is a big let down but one of my chat bros is getting one so we will have some idea very soon.
I guess i'd have taken a metal EJ07 with no tuning changes and been happy.
That's so beautiful. Sweet macro shot
I trust that you have with you one of the best pairing in the market right now, even the RS10 with my phone already sound better than most other IEMs at the store. The sheer resolution, and balanced tuning. The RS10 is just that good. Cheers, and enjoy
