Granted Sony might be a little bad with Customer Service (personal experience), but when they have phones like the EX500's, that boast clarity, noise isolation and good separation at the price of around £45, no phones can compete
At least that is what i think!
 
If you are wondering if you should buy these or Sennheiser CX range...i would seriously vote for the Sony's

id say they are worth the £45 but im telling you the Radiopaq Jazz more than competes against them.
 
they are great for a really smooth, uber warm and soft sound though

I have done. EX500's are MUCH better than the CX500's - they are 2 completely different leagues.

that doesn't look like the box I have...but packaging might be different.

Many sellers use stock photos.
EX500 have two version SL (short cord) and LP (long cord). As far as I know: LP has different packages between America and Europe; SL has different packages between Japan and other parts of Asia. Asian version may have changed package in its later days, although I am not entirely sure.
The ebay seller has many legit items.
But, be careful.
(Just a possibility) Some importers think they have real goods, but sometimes they don't even know the authenticity.
