Ok, let's keep this short and sweet. My priest is unsatisfied with his clip-on lav mic, and is looking for something that will fit over his ear with a mini-boom going out in front of his mouth. I suggested something like this:

But he says it is too ugly and obtrusive. So, does anybody know of anything that:

A. Works like the mic above, and has good sound quality (It needs to be a cardioid mic.)

B. Will work with this kind of belt-pack.

C. Is clear.

Does such a mic exist? Or are we SOL here?

My Pastor uses a mic similar to the one linked to but it is clear, or atleast so small it can hardly be seen even standing close to him.

I have no idea who makes it but they do exist. Our Church has recently upgraded the audio/video gear and his voice sounds clear through the monitors.

I had rented some for I show I was on once. They wern't clear but flesh colour. I will go through my book at work and see what they were.
