Just got a second hand Squeezebox Touch - but the supplied PSU is different from the other SB Touchs I have, most worryingly the specs are slightly different.
 
The "normal" PSU are 5V, 3A whilst the goofy PSU (which is claimed to have been supported NIB from Logitech is 5V, 2A
 
On the Squeezebox Touch it says 5V, 3A..
 
So I am afraid to underpower the SB Touch. Anybody else have gotten this goofy PSU with their Touch?? Should I worry?

The person you bought it from must have had a PSU go bad and didn't want to pay for a Logitech replacement.
 
 
That said, 2A is enough to power the touch if you are using it as just a player.  If you are using it as a server, player and powering a USB drive you'll need the 3A.

Hmm - sounds sensible. But I met the seller in person and find it hard to disbelieve him on this. Anybody else seen this PSU on their Touches?

You helped me, so I help you I bought my Touch new in August. This is how my PSU looks like.

Seems like the left one in post#1 is the SB Classic PSU
 
I got a replacement original from Logitech just to be safe. It look like the one in the right hand side of my #1 post pic and also Cavalcade's pic
