I personally have to disagree, I've seen people from both sides of the spectrum become very successful. I feel that success lies in motivation, intelligence, and talent. Of course, the people that are on the right side of the spectrum are more liked. In the case that we aren't talking about careers and instead of happiness and such, I would have to agree with you.

Nice poster and more a guide on being happy on a personal level since being a negative person a lot of times does not equal negative job skills which could be exceptional. Perfect example is the jerk who everyone hates at a electronics store yet is the one who ends up being manager just because of the fact everyone hates him.
