I am a new member in head fi and also don't have very good idea about headphones . I am looking for a headphone which has very good bass.the best bassy headphone possible under 70 $.also it doesnt mean bass is the only thing i want.something that has very good bass and sound quality

i was thinking about panasonic htf 600. is it better than the one you mentioned?
