Very nice protective, carrying case for AZ80. Just received one, perfect like a glove fit, opening for USB cable on the back, slim profile, includes clip on carabiner.

Don't forget to switch LDAC to Audio Quality (909/990kbps), might need to disable multi connect for this to work, and activate Treble+ preset.
And yes, there are awesome, really like them with Azla Crystal tips.

just got mine :)
The sets are very comfy, great connection and impressive ANC & Ambient performance; in terms of sound quality is still to early to tell.
I tried the spin360 tips and some comply, I preffer the stock tips, the ANC performance is a ton better with the supplied tips.

Yep! I bought both and I keep grabbing these. I'm a little surprised that they have not gotten much traction against the new Sony's.
Yeah, Sony & Bose have a lead in terms of ANC, they were amongst the first so I understand.

They do not have that much brand recognition in TWS space like Sony, my first impulse was to grab XM5, took a bit of a research, digging for reviews to narrow choice to AZ80, actually never heard of them before.
But yeah other than too bass heavy stock (Direct) tuning I can't really fault anything, and even that problem is easily fixed with Custom or Treble+ preset.

I was hovering over 'buy' button for Sony WF-1000XM5. I've done my research and liked what I saw. Then someone mentioned the Technics' to me. I came across this thread, watched a few reviews and here I am, waiting for Technics EAH-AZ80E's to be delivered in a few days :D I hope I'll be happy with them
waiting for your feedback, make sure to run the eartips size tools until you get it right.

Any idea why I cannot pick LDAC? I have LDAC enabled in the Technics app. I go to phone settings (S23 Ultra), select LDAC in Developer settings. It lets me select, but when I go back to the Technics app it shows as AAC, when I return to phone settings AAC is selected. Even though I just selected LDAC

EDIT: OK, I'm stupid. I got it working
