Sent back my Tia Fourte after 11 months due to problematic left channel.

I think there's a problem with the connector to the cable because I need to push the cable to regain the balance (sometimes it shifts to the right or lost altogether).
Unfortunately my supplier doesn't have any in stock (8 people still in waiting list), so I have to wait for the replacement :sob:

1) talk to 64 audio (they'll respond shortly, most likely)

2) buy (or even borrow) another cable for $30 and test it

Already did the talk with my local seller (whom I bought the Fourte from), and after they tested my unit with my cable and their cable, they concluded it to be faulty. Thus they take it for RMA on behalf of me.

It's really unfortunate, they said that mine was the first ever Fourte to be returned from their shop.

The problem is with the connector in the IEM, not on the cable. That's why when my seller tested it with their cable, the problem persists.

Actually, I've ordered their premium cable with pentaconn on May (via my seller), and it's been stuck in the customs since then.

Good luck finding a quick resolution.

Has anyone tried getting demo units from A64?
How long is the wait time?
I have been waiting for U18 demo unit to test out before buying but has been over 1 month and no news when if ever I can get a test unit shipped to me...

Yep. I’ve demo’d the tia Fourte and u18t from them. You just pay to get them shipped and put down a credit card on file.

As well as my trusted seller.

Sending and importing the replacement is a major pain in the arse with an awful custom here, that's why I always leave it to them whenever there's a problem.

I've been dealing with them since 2010 and returned some of their products bought from them without a hitch.
Usually they will just replace my faulty unit with a brand new item on their stock, but as I've mentioned earlier, they don't have any Fourte in stock as the waiting list is quite long.
