I use mine exclusively plugged into an iPhone and I’ve never had this happen. It always just resumes at the same volume as last time. I keep the phone volume at 100% and then use the volume control of the 5K itself. When I first plug my Qudelix into my iPhone via the USB-C connector, the volume seems to be on maximum blast for a split second -- every single time. I now have to remember to plug them in, then play something first before I put my earphones in to not get my ears blasted.
Is there some reason why this is happening to me? I tried sending a ticket to their support but haven't heard back. Thanks!
I spoke too soon! FW 2.2.3, here we come!Too slow! Already on FW 2.2.2!
That's too less imoI received mine, loving it!!
but battery lasts less than an hour, is it normal? Does it happen to you as well?
Your unit is defective. I own two of them now. Both get 8+ hours before I charge them. And they could probably go many more hours.I received mine, loving it!!

The 3.5 is enoughHi I have had this dac suggested to me for my gaming needs on pc and ps5 I own a set of hd660s. This dac has a 3.5mm unbalanced and 2.5mm balanced now I am told the 2.5mm is better but what’s the best way for me to connect given it’s a 6.35mm connection on the hd560s wire.
