I'm saving up now for my Audio Technica M50's. I would use them for mainly slight travel and home use. I have seen a post about burning the M50's in with white/grey/green/black noises ect. Where can I play those noises while I'm at school? I would use the M50's on my phone without an amp. My phone has a Beats Audio sound card and equalizer settings. Any recommended settings for slightly more enphasised bass?

Just play music through them. Essentially headphones just convert electrical signals into mechanical ones So when you first get brand new some headphones there'll be some breaking in period where the mechanical structures within the driver loosen up, anything that causes the diaphragm to vibrate should work perfectly fine.
