The jack came loose and I can shift it around now. I tried taking the back off to figure out what the problem was but I could only get 2 of the 4 screws out. I have never encountered such tiny screws screwed in so tightly. I've already started to strip the 2 screws stuck in place. Now I need to figure out how to get them unstuck without completely taking out the thread.

Any ideas?

BUMP

Also, any suggestions as to what to do with a broken Fiio e17? The 'Menu' and 'Input' buttons are both jammed in causing the device to constantly switch between inputs when turned on. I can't get inside the machine either to take a look. And is it worth sending in for repairs, or should I just replace it? I bought it back in September of 2012 so the warranty has expired.
