So in the middle of the night one of my UE SF 5 Pro's snapped and broke off at the cable connection point. I woke up to a wire dangling out that came from the inside of one of the armatures... there isn't any physical damage though, it just looks like it broke off from the inside...
Will they help me out? I'm a starving college student who has no money to replace these things and these were my favorite things in the world on my daily commute...

Gave them a call, the SF series are discontinued and they can't give me a replacement or do a repair on that sort of failure, so they gave me a 50 percent off discount code to use in the next 30 days. Great company!
