Currently using ATH-W1000X and thinking of change to ATH-AD2000X or ATH-A2000X or ATH-ESW11LTD
Will be any big improvement and worth the money?

Hardly doubt the A2000X is an upgrade to anything, not to mention its $500 price tag. Unless you consider those beautiful titanium cups an upgrade.
