Hey!
Let me just start of by saying that the slider still works no doubt but its more loose and the crack annoys me

Any thoughts and idea's?

You can take it apart and use some adhesive to fix the plastic back together. The only problem is if you use a little bit of adhesive like a dab of Loctite super glue, It'll still be weak in that area and may break again, and if you use a heavier amount of something like JB Weld, it'll hold up but be ugly.
