Are we allowed to sell other items on classified section or just audio gears and is this only for US or worldwide?
I have Invicta 8932 Pro original brand new watch and I wanna sell or trade with a DAP.

Worldwide. From the rules and guidelines:

The purpose of the classifieds is for active members to buy and sell privately-owned audio gear (though other equipment, where legal, is OK)
