Just got a tube amplifier and I'd like to have some replacement 6N3 or equivalent
Where is a good place to get small tubes for a amp?

There are many others. I've personally ordered dozens of tubes from The Tube Depot, Vacuum Tubes Inc, and Antique Electronic Supply. I've ordered over a thousand tubes over the years from Radio Electric Supply. I've had friends order from the others with good experience. There was another that I'd rank up with Radio Electric Supply and probably purchased over a thousand from them, but the owner passed away last year - Orlando Tubes/ESRC Tubes.
There's always Ebay as well, but you really need a tube tester to deal with Ebay. If you have one, you can get very competitive pricing and very good buys on tube lots from time to time on Ebay, but don't trust most of them as to tubes that are good/bad, unless you have your own tube tester.
