I have a pair of yamaha HP-2. As its age, the cable gets stiff. Anyone got experience on which type of cable is right for them? They're Orthodynamic headphone, any special requirement on the cable? Thanks

Did you find a good replacement cable for the HP-2 headphones?  I am thinking of replacing the cables on my HP-2 headphones and was wondering how you handled the split for the left and right channels at the headphones.

Im replacing my HP-1 with Zu Audio Mobius mk2 cable that used with HD-650.  Its terminated with a 4pin xlr to go with the new Schiit amp.  I guess this orthos needs more power to sound right.  I just hope it likes silver cause thats what the cable is made off.
