13 yrs. old
9th grade

Equipments:
Beats Pro - please don't hate, these things are basically fake bcos I got them for only $125
A PSP dock - for my desktop
An iPod Touch

...and that's basically it. I'm already looking forward to upgrading by the time these Beats hit the landfill. I don't know if I should be called an audiophile, but I'm certain that most of the ranting-kind Beats haters aren't audiophiles, either. I do have some other equipment. Check my sig.

Take anything over here and double the price. Welcome to Australia

Take that price and convert it by exchange rate (x3). Except that for every Ringgit we earn you earn a Dollar. Welcome to Malaysia, the country where the government imposes super heavy import taxes and magically re-elects itself.

eg: being a full time waiter for an 8 hour shift earns you RM40 a day (which is about $13)

It is generally not a good idea to pair up a driver designed for closed cans to an open frame, the bass goes out of control. (one way or the other) how did the studios sound after modding? (also how did you make it open? isn't there a battery compartment and a noise cancellation circuit in the way?

Well that is exactly why I failed. I got to the drivers and saw the circuitry inside so basically what I did was drill holes on the outer shell around the circuit board. I remember assembling it back and it sounded horrible, highs were killing my ears and bass was floppy. It prevented me from modding the other side. I just lend it to my friend and now he wrapped duct tape around the holes and he says it sounds pretty decent

Well what can I say, I was pretty dumb back then. I just wanted to get a new sound probably out of my existing headphones.
