Please order your top 3 full-size headphones that you own in terms of sound preference and then in terms of confort.
I start:

Sound quality:
1. AKG K550
2. Audio Technica ATH-M50
3. Sony MDR-V700

Confort:
1. AKG K550
2. Sony MDR-V700
3. Audio Technica ATH-M50

Sound
1. Sennheiser HD650
2. Beyerdynamic DT880
3. Heir Audio 4.Ai

Comfort
1. Beyerdynamic DT880
2. Sennheiser HD650
3. Heir Audio 4.Ai

The Heir Audio 4.Ai is AMAZING for what it does, portability. But it can't compare to full-sized headphones.

Ultrasone HFI 780- Pretty much does what the other two below do as far as soundstage treble and bass. Very well rounded sound.
Audio Technica ATH AD700
Sennheiser HD 280 Pro

Comfort

Audio Technica ATH AD700- I don't even know am wearing them.
Ultrasone HFI 780- Nice isolation but not as good as the HD 280 due to less of a tight grip
Sennheiser HD 280 Pro

Honorable mention goes out to the Sony MDR XB500 with its big pillow like ear cushions and full stereo receiver sound after a year of use.

Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro LE

Shure SRH1440
Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro LE

Shout out to my Sony MDR-1R as well, the SQ just falls short of the others in my opinion but the comfort is up there.

Sound Quality:

Beyerdynamic T1
Denon D7000
Denon D7100

Comfort:

Denon D7100
Beyerdynamic T1
Denon D7000

The T1 has the best padded headband but falls short due to the velour earpads which I don't like very much compared to leather pads. Sound wise it feels quite a bit more hi-fi than both the Denons which are more fun sounding.

1. Hifiman HE-500

3. Hifiman HE-400

Confort:
1. Hifiman HE-500

3. Sennheiser HD 650

I thought the HD650's were the most comfortable. . .until I tried the Hifiman.  After all that people said about the comfort, I was blown away when I found them more comfortable than the Sennheisers.

No love for velour? Velour is my favorite material, honestly, I hate leather pads.

I can live with the velour on the DT line, but the one on the T1 feels pretty awful compared to pleather on the Denons. I live in Wisconsin so pleather never ever gets hot enough to become irritating.
