Shure SRH1540 Review
I reach for my Shure SRH1540 headphones more than the others three of four times still. They have way more hours than any other headphones I have.- Quadfather

Meze Audio 109 Pro
I like the 109 Pro with a limited amount of music. Meditation, chakra, rieki, and jazz are all great on it. For my tastes overall: 1) Shure SRH1540 2) Sennheiser HD660S2 3) Audio-Technica ATH-MRS7b 4) Meze 109 Pro All are 4.4mm balanced. I had the Empyrean on tour for two weeks. I kept...- Quadfather

Sennheiser HD 660S2 thread
The SRH1540 headphones seem to be smoother, yet musical. They have a wider soundstage and are slightly recessed in the mids. Some complain of a midbass hump, but I don't hear it. They have an intangible magic on the DAPs I own. The Shures are definitely my favorite. The HD660S2 headphones...- Quadfather

Does anyone else own both the Shure SRH1540 and Sennheiser HD660S2 headphones? I really love them both.- Quadfather

It's always good to love good headphones. I have four pairs, including the HD660S2. I love all four. Not one pair sounds like the other.- Quadfather

SONY NW-WM1Z M2 / WM1A M2
That is what put me off. I like it a little more compact, like the original series. I don't stream at all, so I really don't need for anything with streaming.- Quadfather

The Continuation Of The Sony Walkman 1Z/1A Thread!
Today is one of those days when I reach for my NW-WM1A over my NW-WM1Z. The Sony players seem to have problems playing some files (corrupted) that play just fine on Lotoo Paw Gold Touch.- Quadfather

You may do a factory reset with the card out. Insert the card after reset. If the card is corrupt, then you may need to reformat the card in the DAP and reload it.- Quadfather
