For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Very few tracks have so true and touching lyrics going together with music. "Too sweet" is one of them however don't just listen to that single track, the whole EP is brilliant in its own way. A bit of cheating since still on Meze Advars but with another Signature settings: ifi micro iDSD...

Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

@nicolas7 not only that, as I've come to conclusion that Poly has been optimised for using Roon exclusively, you theoretically need to carry Roon core with you along the way ;) Quite complicated and uncomfortable IMHO ;)

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

One of my favourites album of recent years. ifi micro iDSD Signature > Meze Advars Adavars (much like any other Meze cans I have heard so far) are always painting their own picture out of music you play, and while you sacrifice a bits of neutrality and transparency I do love Meze tuning so...

Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

@trickyRoadsDummyTOOL can't comment on Mojo 2 but on Mojo OG USB port got wobbly after sometime and I highly doubt it went through all 10k plug/unplug cycles. Just my 2 cents. This is probably part of the reason why I keep Poly connected to Mojo 2 most of the time, another is that at home I have...

Thanks @Lindholdt I've discovered this great album: ifi micro iDSD Signature > Focal Stellia (wish Audeze MM-500 were easier in transportation, since this is really fun album and would definitively exploit more relaxed MM-500 tuning, however Stellias dynamics is also welcomed here).

Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

@rwelles but since you can not turn Poly off it still drains its battery just without eating up Mojo/Mojo 2 internal battery; constant plugging/unplugging isn't great for connectors lifetime either I suppose.

@Singaravelan so you have a single full size headphones that are upgraded legend and landmark that almost everyone has been doing comparision against with all other cans plus collection of IEMs that also count as headphones so you are more than good to go and post some more here mate :)

Exploiting Focal Stellias dynamics without loosing details and TT2 transparency, amazing piano reproduction and instrument placement. M-Scaler > TT2 > Focal Stellia

    Mytek Brooklyn Thread

@sygnus21 indeed - at least I haven't been able not only to image but to get the idea how particular audio device is sounding from ASR reviews. I strongly believe in one policy: listen yourself.

    Mytek Brooklyn Thread

@Chudalicious I'm very happy owner of original Brooklyn Bridge and use it despite the fact I have Chord Hugo TT2 on the same desk Mytek is installed. The problem with BB2 is that I have no reason to upgrade, especially when filter setting is not fixed. I do not need extra storage space that BB2...

M-Scaler > TT 2 > Focal Stellia Perfect listening session for the evening before new week starts with new challenges :) Focal Stellia and Chord Hugo TT2 is a great little system with great synergy. Stellia also shows how transparent and overall great are TT2: headphone amp section and volume...

What a great experience after Pearl Jam from 2024 to go back to 1994... This shows how Soundgarden pushed all boundaries of grunge with Superunknown and why this is timeless album. M-Scaler > TT2 > Envy Performance > T+A Solitaire P-SE Sitting in dark room, looking at album artwork and...

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Finally... and this is definitively not a disappointment - it was worth waiting; maybe not as fresh as early Pearl Jam albums (since after all those years you kinda know what to expect) with amazing and so different from others Washington state originated bands in 80's and 90's vocals of Eddie...

Hugo TT 2 by Chord Electronics - The Official Thread

@zappazappazappa I have tried both Audiolab 6000cdt and Nuprime cdt-8 pro. Both work great with a single remark that upsampling in case of TT2 has been better for me with M-Scaler than Nuprime which should not be surprising considering double bnc connection with M-Scaler. This does not applies...

M-Scaler > TT2 > Envy Performance Edition > Focal Stellias The original unmixed master recordings from Linkin Park's debut album that differ from the final version. Slam and dynamics provided by Envy and close cans like Stellias are great selection for this Linking Park album. It sounds raw...

Niimbus Ultimate Series US4/US4+/US5/US5 Pro Headphone Amps - by Lake People

@Qna89 I'm sorry but you've missed my point. I feel that your engine analogy is also reaching a bit too far and hence is a bit stretched at the best case scenario. Anyway as I've said earlier: enjoy music on the amp you like most. This is what really counts. If you want to do a research...

Niimbus Ultimate Series US4/US4+/US5/US5 Pro Headphone Amps - by Lake People

@Qna89 comparing two products with similar functionality is not complaining - this actually the main topic on this site: comparison with other products. I like your analogy with V8 engines - just had to change oil in mine and it was expensive but nobody is complaining, yet saying that other cars...

M-Scaler > TT2 > Focal Stelllia The initial percussion on Out of the Black is fabulous (but not the best I've heard to be honest, Envy beats is easly).

Still on Mojo 2 > Focal Stellia Not the best track for last album of the night if one needs to calm down before Monday, but this is brilliant album by Helmet and I could listen to it every night :)

@DJJEZ so I understand you prefer WaveDream? The problem I had with MMT is that some tracks sounds awful including my favourite ones. Something that never hit me when listening with WaveLight or WaveDream.

Niimbus Ultimate Series US4/US4+/US5/US5 Pro Headphone Amps - by Lake People

@Qna89 interesting findings: I have heard both HA200 and Niimbus side to side and I definitively preferred HA200, not to mention that volume control works flawlessly on T+A product. Considering features vs price performance the HA200 also has won in my book. Keep us informed please :)

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

I wanted to listen to Maze Empys, but I wanted to listen to it via HEADA on the other setup, so I figured out I could listen to Meze Advers instead, but I've notice Mojo 2 and Focal Stellia next to it connected to TT2, so I switched to Mojo 2 > Focal Stellia finally. The first minutes of...
