Got to love the USPS, they apparently "delivered" my matched pair of Reserve 6SN7. However I was home all day yesterday in my apartment and never heard or saw a thing. Looks like I won't be reviewing these tubes after all, and I hope whoever stole the tubes or received them by accident enjoys them.

I really wish there was a delivery service, that could just do their job.

I already did, and Apos told me to contact the USPS and deal with it on my own. Well, I am way too busy to screw around with the USPS, so I guess I am SOL.

Hi! Kunal here again. I am not sure who responded to you on this and we'll look into it internally. Please give it another 48 hours. We've seen delivery services mark something as "delivered" and it magically shows up a day or two later. If there is no progress, we'll deal with USPS and get another order out for you. Thanks.

Wow! I have been told the same thing by other companies in regards to packages that go missing like this but show as delivered and expect the buyer to deal with it on their own even though isn't the insurance something the sender is responsible for in regards to filing a claim?

Anyways, guess what I wanted to say is I think I will just contact support on a public forum for now on in cases like this - much more perceptive

@Wes S oh, if the other pair shows up, id be happy to review that pair and take it off your hands .. let me know if my tube rolling resume is needed

Hi! I want to give some context on this. Last message about logistics here so we can keep the conversation about the tubes.

As I mentioned above, there are several times where the delivery services have packages marked wrongly or have delivered it to the neighbors. Usually, it's best for a company to give it another 48 hours or so for the recipient to check in with the neighbors or with the postman in this case. If there is no progress, the sender can then step in and try to resolve the situation. This resolution which comes down to claiming insurance is rarely quick and takes a long time.

That’s a major bummer. I thought I felt a great disturbance in the Force earlier today… I hope you get this sorted out! Will be excited to hear some more impressions of these!
