Yes, I've got them installed in a topping D10s and I've put one in a very old QED digit DAC. They both sound great and I have tried a lot of different op amps but at the moment I'm very happy with the performance of the Oracles. I may swap them out for something different in the future just to do a comparison.

I found them much "warmer" sounding than most of the "chip" op amps I have tried. I find that I can listen for hours without getting fatigue. They did take a week or two before they "settled in". Don't expect miracles though - the differences are subtle, but I have found them pleasing. I'm definitely glad I tried them, and at the price they are, it's certainly worth trying them out in your system. Sorry I can't describe the sound of them better than that.
No, they sound OK, but with hindsight, they do seem to sound better after a couple of weeks use. Again, very subtle difference, but I don't believe I imagined it.
Not sure of the providence of these units. I got mine from an official Aliexpress seller promoted by Sonic Scientific on their facebook page.
But here is someone taking a couple of Oracle II-02's apart.
The claim is that there are OPA1612's inside, but this video is inconclusive as regards evidence.
The Oracle II-02 hisses. Tried it in two different devices, and it's so noisy.
Don't know whether it's QC, or it's not happy in the circuits... or that's just the way it is. It was relatively less hissy in the second device, but it was still... utterly noisy. Not clean.
