In the video you can see the issue with "Gain" and how weirdly the navigation works with a 270° rotated screen (inverted scrolling)

Dear friend,
Hi, I failed to reproduce the same problem. Are you using the latest firmware? And I have reported to the engineer to test again as well.
Best regards

Yes, I am on the latest firmware.

Also, could you request the option to reverse scroll wheel in menu (because it's very uncomfortable if you use 270° rotated screen)

Dear friend,

Thanks for the kind feedback. We will also report to the engineer for assessing first.

Best regards

What would be the benefit of using this instead of the Fiio app?
Definitely me, a desktop app gives plenty of real state to do all the adjustments; Using the android app is hard, specially when I need to enter 30 parameters on the eq and the app misbehaves.

I've tried the link but I couldn't make it work, not sure if its an issue on my system or if it is that the Q15 is not supported...

Did it work for others?

KA17 (maybe K19), hope next firmware of Q15 supports this.

If you are using a desktop, why not just use Equalizer APO for all EQ needs? It works for all DAC's?

There is a need for warning message about opening your Q15. I've done it and now i have broken rear glass and probably Bluetooth antenna because it is designed in a phone way. One should hot air front glass with screen, then disconnect screen ribbon (which if you take the screws first and don't mind glass it will get bad), then hot air rear glass, disconnect Bluetooth antenna, and in the last step unscrew 3 mini screws on the bottom of the device. Unfortunately there is no replacement for rear glass :frowning2:
