You can try reversing the cable, testing another dongle and then contact ddHiFi directly for assistance. The ddHifi MFi07S doesn’t work with my iPhone 13 (running iOS 17.4.1) with the standard Ifi Go Bar. Sporadically lose sound through earbuds, although iPhone shows music still playing. Linsoul wants me to send them a video of the problem. Frustrated because the phone screen doesn’t reflect any issue. Just lack of sound through the ear buds.

Thanks for the tip regarding contacting DDHiFi directly. I will give that a shot. The cable is lightning on one end and USB-C on the other, so I’m not really sure how I would flip the cable? You can try reversing the cable, testing another dongle and then contact ddHiFi directly for assistance.
Would be worth trying a different cable to try and isolate the problem.

The FIIO LT-LT2 cable works fine. So I think the problem is with the ddHifi MFi07S cable. Thanks.
However, I would send another email to the store... to ask "how do you make a video of a dongle that doesn't play?"Thanks for the tip regarding contacting DDHiFi directly. I will give that a shot. The cable is lightning on one end and USB-C on the other, so I’m not really sure how I would flip the cable?
