And please tell the engineering department or the appropriate team so that in future revisions of the S12 Pro they will add a special cutout inside the leg/stem of the white silicone tips under the faint protrusion on the sound tube. Because after a few months, being constantly put on the sound tubes, the legs/stems stretch and weaken, so the tips are held very poorly on the sound tubes. I have two copies of the S12 Pro, and from time to time the tip on the left shell stays in my ear when I take the earphones out of my ears. It is very strange that inside the leg/stem of the black silicone tips there is a special cutout for a faint protrusion on the sound tube, but for some reason it is not present in the white silicone tips 🤨 It's very annoying when you have a tip left in your ear 😡 Then it is quite difficult to get it out of there 😄

I hear you. Our IEMs generally have a chonkier nozzle. Tips do tend to fall off or stretched. I don't think there is a good solution to this because afaik the nozzle size does affect the sound.

Why not just make a special recess inside the leg for the protrusion on the sound tube, as you did for the black tips? 🤔 This is a completely logical decision 👌

There is another good solution to this problem: at the very bottom of the tip stem you can make a special extension, as done in the “Bass ear tips” in BGVP DMA earphones. Here, I specially took a few photos with my smartphone camera:

S15?! I asked for a comparison with the iconic S12 Pro)))

Ah my bad. Well, the C4 is less V shapes than S12 and the Pro version. If you want an exciting listen, you'll want to get the S12. If you want a more neutral tone, C4's the ticket. As for the tips, I am not sure if we want to invest in them for now since most people I met at shows prefer their own tips anyways. I will pass feedbacks along though.

I prefer to use the included tips because they are often part of the tuning process. In addition, with other tips the sound often changes for the worse for me.
I will pass feedbacks along though.
Thank you so much! 🤝

Thanks to this extension at the bottom of the leg, the ear tip sits on the sound tube very securely! 👍 I think that even after a certain period of time, the ear tips should still be securely held on the sound tubes thanks to this extension at the bottom of the leg.

If you still refuse this extension at the bottom of the ear tip leg, then at least make a special cutout inside the leg of the white ear tips, which is present inside the leg of the black ear tips 🙏 It also helps to better hold the ear tips on the sound tubes.

Just compare the inside of the leg/stem of the black tips with the white ones 🧐 In the photos below, I tried to capture the very special cutout that is inside the leg/stem of the black tips, and which, for some reason, is missing inside the leg/stem of the white tips 😦🤨

Why didn't you make a similar cutout inside the leg/stem of the white tips? 🤔 Very strange! I really hope that in future revisions of the S12 Pro this special cutout will appear inside the leg/stem of the white silicone tips. The devil is in the details and these little things significantly spoil the overall impression of these wonderful earphones 😥

Fake logo of passed "Hi-Res Audio" certification

And one more small wish to the manufacturer Letshuoer: please remove the “Hi-Res Audio” emblem from the front of the S12 Pro box. Only headphones that can reach 40 kHz should receive this badge, and the S12 Pro reaches a maximum of 20 kHz (this is indicated on the back of the box). That is, this “Hi-Res Audio” logo is misleading and is, in fact, a deception of buyers. It’s clear why this was done (for marketing purposes), but it’s still unpleasant. It's as if Letshuoer is disrespecting its customers by deceiving them and misleading them with fake logos.

P. S. By the way, many reviewers on YouTube notice this and laugh at it 🤭

And you incorrectly indicate the color of the earphones on the side of the box. Black is shown instead of dark blue. Correct this, please, in future revisions, otherwise it all looks somehow not solid. Yes, I understand perfectly well that these are all trifles and little things that many simply will not pay any attention to, but the devil is in the details 😈 Moreover, I don’t want to see such jambs/mistakes from a company that is well-known and respected in audiophile circles.
