LETSHUOER S12 - Next big planar? (Impressions & Discussion)

@LETSHUOER Support

Perhaps it’s worth trying to make sound tubes and meshes out of plastic, as Sennheiser did in their popular IE 600 model? 🤔 Maybe this will help avoid the formation of condensation on the sound tube grille? The advantage of this solution is that most of the body remains made of metal, and plastic sound tubes do not spoil the appearance in any way simply because, as a rule, they are equipped with tips. I am sure that Sennheiser did this for a reason, out of nothing to do or to stand out from the competition. Another surprising thing is why only the Germans thought of this? 😯 Once again I admire the Sennheiser engineers and give them a standing ovation :clap: Chinese companies definitely have a lot to learn from them 😉

I'll take that to the team. I know we can do this if we put in the extra engineering time and cost, but structural integrity / rigidity is going to take a tank for sure.

As for the frequent use of emojis, I do this on purpose to attract the attention of Letshuoer employees to my messages. As we can see, it works!
It does attract attention. Somehow that's why marketers like using it even though personally I'm not a fan. I think what drew me into this thread is when I just decide to randomly search the forum one day to see what people think about "LETSHUOER Cadenza4" and this thread popped up.

My goal here is not to fight with everyone, but to make the S12 even better! It’s just that someone clearly doesn’t understand this. Oh well.

Came her to share my enthusiasm about the S12, as I've just ordered a set, but will run away again because of all monolog kind of posts and drama 🫣
Hey, sorry this happened to this thread. Feel free to share your thoughts on the gear review list as we welcome any feedback. Thanks.

S12 Pro while working today.
Shanling M3 Ultra - line out into EarMen ST-Amp - 4.4mm to S12 Pro with Kinera Dromi cable - sounds great with a bit of dub playing loud :L3000:

Interestingly, the new S15 and Cadenza 4 use resin rather than metal as the body material. Metal is used only on faceplates. Something tells me that Letshuoer engineers have finally realized the problem with condensation formation 🤫 Well, or it was just a coincidence 🙄 Be that as it may, I hope that the company’s future earphones will use resin or plastic rather than metal. For some reason, no one makes gaming mice out of metal, like in-ear earphones 🤭

Hi Joseph
Thank you for you response :) I sure will report back, hopefully the moderators will have had a chat with Vlad about thread etiquette, so we can have a nice discussion about the S12, without floods of post's, at that time.

Looking forward to hearing your products :)

Just going to pop this picture here so we are moving on !

S12 Pro with Kinera Dromi cable. I don’t believe cables do anything sonically but I like the S12 Pro sufficiently to believe they warranted a cable upgrade just for aesthetic purposes.
