What would cables would recommend for pairing these two

What would cables would recommend for pairing these two.

I use Lush Phasure (version 1) with both my DACs, one of which powers the V281, and the other of which powers the Wells Milo. I'm a fan of these slightly warm, musical sounding USB cables.

No not really a fan of his style of reviewing, I prefer reviewers like currawong or passion for sound. The cable recommendation is because I make my own cables and for interconnects I use Mogami W2534 cable and Neutrik connectors and those worlds best cables only cost a little bit more than the parts themself. If it wasn't for me wanting to make exact size cables I'd buy those ones. Also they are good quality oxygen free cable with good shielding and a good gauge for short interconnects so I view them as a good base standard to then try to judge "better" cables against if you get into that later.

I just ordered a v222 earlier this afternoon. I first heard the v226 being used as an Amp with the Chord Qutest at CanJam SoCal 2023. I hope I love the v222 with my TEAC UD-505 as much as the Qutest/v226 Combo. I guess I'll know in a few days if I need to make that leap to the v550.

Did you use the Sony DAP in your signature as the DAC? If so what was that listening experience like with the Fir Xenon 6?

Yes, I use the Sony gold brick as a source/dac and it is incredible with the firxe6 phenomenal synergy

Interesting discovery this weekend: I found you can use the XLR and 4.4mm output at the same time. Don't know if that's a good idea or not, but it handled it like a champ. Did not try the 1/4". In fact, I don't even know if it works...LOL
