New Head-Fier
After a long time I decided to update the FW on my iFi Neo DAC.
Even using a Mac, I performed the update with a Windows computer.
It worked perfectly, I already have the Filters on the DAC.

Hello everyone, I am asking for help.
My ifi neo cannot reboot after the latest firmware update listed on the website.
Now my neo has become a paperweight and cannot be used anymore. What is the cause of this? Can anyone tell me?
Initially, I inquired with ifi support to tell them the symptoms and ask for information on how to fix it. Now I haven't received an answer. I've been waiting for 5 days.
I would like to ask if anyone can help me. Has anyone encountered the same problem as me?
Thanks

Hello
Just bought an 2nd hand Neo iDSD from ebay and discovered a high frequency noise when using both 4.4mm and 6.3mm headphone outs
Have just updated the firmware and it did help a bit but the noise is still there
Is that a well known problem? My previous zen dac v2 have absolutely no noise so im quite disappointed based on the price of the Neo iDSD...
