Wow - UAPP quality is very good, at least with my Focal Clears is great, still to try with IEM´s but not a "use case" for me since it doesn't play tidal offline albums, so OTG I'll only play local music on Mango OS.

Thanks @BaHo. I tried but it always gave me an error the device was not associated. A moment ago just "by miracle" :-) my iBasso is showing as an associated device on play.google.com ... !!! so I just purchased from there - still to try but seems fine now. Thanks guys

Thanks. No, only that one, it seamed from a reliable source. But I can try others. I thought Google Play Store was something like App Store from iOS, it seems not, its a PITA to get a straight reliable "official" link even from Google, I had to cross a jungle of crocodiles just to get this apk...

Thanks guys, still, I don’t see how I can access Tidal offline downloaded albums from Mango player and much less from Mango OS. Tidal albuns don’t look to be on shared storage, maybe in a private app storage? Anyway, pretty good quality from tidal music app, I can live with it Thanks

Take a look at the hybrid Pro-Ject Pre box RS2 (tube stage is only for the pre out, not headphones) It has dual ESS9038Q2M DAC chips so some people might think it would be too analytical or bright with Clears but no, its a perfect match IMHO, full body, clear, detailed but not harsh or tiring at...

Not agree. The level of autosuggestion is high in all threads. And all apps sound the same, as also all amps - actually all equipments from source to transducers sound the same, its our mind that corrects the sound when when we look at them, no differences when blinded.

I thing power is really the main thing, remaining Numbers although better are pretty insignificant in audible terms, IMHO. I’ve been changing from bal to se in years, IEMS and Clear, currently my best combination is Clear SE to my DX220 with AMP9 tube amp my 2 cents
