Looks like I'll be selling my HD650. I like the Denon D7k more than these. Had a really good time with them, sad to see them go...

I like the HD650 more than the AD700 for gaming o_O Positioning is more accurate to me.

Yea, I was a bit disappointed with them at first too lol. Then I started to realize that their strong point is nothing but the ability to wear them without getting tired of the sound and also the details they have.

You will probably not give a "WOW" response because the 650 has nothing that really stands out, but that's exactly it's strong point.

I listen to post rock, alternative, indie, ambient, etc. that people usually don't listen to because they usually sound good. The band I like wins an award? Good for them, more people need to know good music. Current mainstream music lacks depth, imo.

Both are awesome, but I prefer the HD650. I get better positioning and vertical soundstage. I see your cans list, you have the DT880 and K701 which are supposedly awesome too. Do you have them or are they just a wish list?
