Why is this scary? I just bought a dt48a still on its way. I currently have a straight dt48 no lettering 25ohm. I don't ear what you are discribing yet on this. Do u have the song u heard this scary moment on?

It's most likely the hand band causing the imbalance. People tend to over arch it to make it feel more snug on the ears. This was the case when i bought a used pair. I know the difference between a new T1 proper arch and when it's been bent out of shape.

I'm in the same boat, the mj2 is extremely uncomfortable after an hour of use. The top corners of both my ears touch the drivers casings, the pads aren't long enough to prevent the touching.

How good is the red?

Go pick up a used lg v20 for less than $200 and be done. It has a clean bright quad dac and excellent amp, pairs well with the mj2. It's Android and can use wifi if you choose not to activate the phone. Stream tidal hifi or load your own flacs.

The note 8 sound quality gets better with time. It has a 32 bit dac on the snapdragon chipset and a built in radio tuner also. Out the box the note 8 sounded just ok but after weeks of use it has opened up in clarity.

From my understanding, if the impedance is less than a certain number then it will only use 2 of dacs in the phone. I had the sprint version too but returned it for the note 8. The screen quality and size is a real winner. Best most flagship hdtv tvs on the market. The 1200 nits of peak...

Yeah I'm returning mine too I'm disappointed. The crispy spacious sound I heard fresh out the box is now gone one my second v30. I have a v20 and v10 I'm going for the note 8 and Black Friday is around the corner.
