Did anyone here not receive pads / eartips after sending your info to Dekoni (shipping address, phone number, etc) or anything? Last week I received a message with instructions to send my mailing info and all back and that some review stuff was to be sent, but since then I haven't received anything and haven't been able to get as response from Dekoni. Just wondering.

Sont panic bro, they're busy, I also sent my info and took like three to 4 days till I received email from UPS informing I was due to get a shipment. Check your junk folder in the email client you use
