Just wanna say that I found a copy of STP - Core for 5 bucks at a record store, popped it into my CP13, plugged in my Porta Pros, and cleaned my house and it was like I was right back in 1992. Love it! :dt880smile:

Hi,Friend

Thank you for recognizing CP13!

I would like to make it clear that the CP13 is not very perfect if you stand in the Hi-End audiophile's point of view.
Of course, the main reason is not that we don't want to do a good job with it, but the core components of the machine are not very good anymore.
I'm sure you know that with our FIIO's strength, it's basic to make any audio product well when the supply of parts is sufficient.

The CP13 is an entry level cassette player, he is not made specifically for Hi-End audiophiles,
if enough people like the CP13 then we will work harder to make a better product out of it.

Thanks again~

You need not clarify or make excuses for it. It is perfectly acceptable both in build and sound to play back tapes on the move, especially at the asking price for a new one no less. I hooked it up to my desktop system and it is fine. I'm using high-end tapes recorded on a super high end recording chain.

P.S.: If you do make an improved one, I'll buy it too, just to support your efforts.

Likewise! I hope to see some improved versions in the future, just keep it all analog!

Beautiful Photo!

Now the young gays love bluetooth, for they have not earphones with cable.
They usually use TWS for listening Music.
So, I think we will add bluetooth transmitter for the next model like cp15

Loving mine - you should make some Koss style on-ear headphones next!

My video about CP13

In short, I didn't have such joy from getting new audio gear in the last few years.

Thank you for your review.

However, my Youtube account doesn't work anymore because I don't have a foreign cell phone number, so I can't like or comment for you!

I would be curious to know what does ''dual mode power supply design actually mean... like if you have it plugged in via USB-C, does the battery not get spent?
It means.
1, when you plug in the USB, the adapter charges the battery while providing the machine's operating current
2, When you unplug the USB, the battery automatically powers the machine.

That is to say,
even if the battery is dead, then the machine will still work normally when you plug in the USB
