That's less than half retail price. In the UK new sets are anywhere from £1500 to £1900. £700 seems a tad ridiculous.
If you buy it you will be maybe the third owner.

Just ordered Fostex TH900 MkII
(Red version) and little consern about the harsh/bright treble.
What's the best upgrades and mod to tame the treble peaks? I read about Lawton Tune up kit, Lawton Angle pads, ZMF Ori pads....
what's best?

Probably the least expensive approach is to see how they sound to you.

I never heard the reds but my blue pair is not bright or harsh at all. Maybe they are fine the way they are.

Pad swapping will impact treble I've found. I like Yaxi Alcantra to reduce the treble a bit, but I also have the anniversary tuning, so not sure about the impact it would have on stock sound sig. I know other pads might have different impacts on treble too.
