I’m also learning that a big problem with this hobby is we spend too much time listening to our equipment and not enough time listening to our music.
Worth repeating - my notion of the ASR mantra: “music is for losers who don’t listen to graphs…😤” …… 😳😂🤣😂.

That definitely can be case and is an age old issue.

May those who have strayed find their way back.

Never lose track of the MUSIC.

All losers please raise a hand to support your absurd position on this life defining issue.

Very well stated, not a hint of indecision Mr.C. 👍🏻

ASR comes up first for a lot of reviews unfortunately. I remember his conclusion of the Vali 2 was that he wasn’t sure why it existed lol he saw absolutely no use for it.

Makes sense, he cares more about what he sees on a graph than what he 👂 hears

Say What? “A couple of $ placed in the holes will “Shun Reality” is the revisionist view according to the book that originally pointed out this conundrum.

We must tread lightly….but with all available speed.

I told Bentley that he is clear to comment from his elevated position.

He is taking it under advisement at the moment.

How is Burson paire with Grado and compare to Schiit. I going to SS and be settled, I'm tried of chasing tube amps.
I'm thinking of Asgard + Modius stack and how it against Burson Conductor 3P (does it good performance for the extra cash or Playmate 2 is a go to). I prefer smooth sound, not analytical but not too slow bass.

IMHO --> in the price range of the Burson Conductor (or even sightly less) you might get more enjoyment / synergy in pairing Grado + Violectric. The v200 pop up in classifieds from time-to-time. You could consider pairing with the Modius..or even a Bifrost 2 .... :notes:

Excellent suggestion! The Vioelectric V200 + Grados brings down the house!
