I would have to do major amounts of auditioning, but something like the HE-500 or HD650. I would personally find it more interesting if it was any amp and any headphone, because lots of the mentioned headphones are worthless without a good amp.
 
Or, I could get the most expensive pair of headphones ever (solid gold and diamonds...), sell it and get tons of other headphones!
