One thing I don’t like about the xm3 is that it needs quite a bit more power to get volumes loud enough for my preferences, especially when jamming out.

I don’t have this issue at all with the AirPod Pro.

I don't think I've ever been over about 60% from my iPhone even on planes and trains

With several different android phones I never needed to go above 40% with the XM3. I’m usually at the 25-40% range with my AirPods Pro and my iPhone too.

Hm, that’s interesting. I wonder what the issue is on my end.. maybe not a good enough seal.

did you also increase the volume from inside the Headphone app?

The volume is plenty out of my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Never go above 60% volume. What’s your source?

Down to £150 on Amazon uk atm. Lucked out and got another £10.00 off that through ordering on the app.

Then you should be getting decent enough volume. It’s actually quite loud at 60%

I wonder if I got a defective pair then.. I did pick mine up for $75 used (came without the packaging, cable and only 1 pair of ear-tips). Or maybe I'm blowing my ears out by listening too loud.

60% is about my max from an iPhone11Pro even in trains and on planes (not that I’ve had much plane time the last year)

Certification time can take 8 to 12 weeks. Would seem odd to have packaging photographed already as usually FCC certification appears on the box
That is true. I actually thought it may have been from promotional material they're drumming up rather than packaging.

Great deal. Hope they're clearing out stock because they know something else is incoming soon to replace them?
