Softears - Discussion & Appreciation

Wonderful write-up :) I wonder, since I don't listen to classical that often, how does RS10 fare with orchestral music?

Spacious wide stage, and high coherency may perhaps add to the immersion in listening experience. RS10 excels in technicalities in my opinion, the sound produced is so detailed, and positioning as well as layering of each instrument are quite remarkable. I thought that they might be good for those genre
In a casual listen, it works great with orchestral music with the subtle melodies, nuances of mood and emotion, all properly portrayed. However I find its timbre slightly smeared for a concentrated listen, so I will be looking into acquiring the Turii soon.

88 units of Turii Titanium will be sell at Asian Market, price about 2.000€.
I´m still thinking if going for one or stay at standar version.

yeah, as the well-known saying goes:

"an RSV a day keeps the doctor away"

From my experience, currently RSV is thus far 5BA could go, and the sin of RSV is that it caged my desire to get other 5BAs or 3BA+1DD if replaced 2BA bass BAs😭

Sometime being a reviewer, strong attention calling phrasing becomes their habit. (Either positive or negative, the more attention calling the more page views)
I used to run review blog and I’ve noticed myself falling into that hole.

But after all audio gadgets are all individual’s perception dependent, someone’s best could fall into someone’s worst.

I feel RSV is the one that has perfect tuning (well maybe a bit exaggerated bass) but which relies hugely on my personal hearing, I love. 3khz pinna gain peak curve that RSV tuned, and smoothly shaped treble. It is a sense of sophistication, I felt same type of sophistication from DUNU’s SA6 and qdc Anole VX.

Sophistication and Philosophy may sound boring to one with less/no interest, so it is understandable.

I personally am motivated in philosophy.
This point of view looks like proved by social scientists👍

I’d personally would like to address to community member that to perform a “negativity assessment from critical reviews” to “zero-in”.

I just listened to the RSV for 3 hours yesterday and it was an utterly sublime experience. A light touch of airiness is a good way to put it! And yet even with that there is great note weight. What an incredible IEM.

The RSV is still to me the highest resolution monitor sub $1000 I've heard :) The details emitted are incredible on them. Yet remaining not dry nor lifeless, retaining that balance throughout
