What’s your favorite 2ch speaker pair currently?

my favourite pair currently is my Mission 750 Limited Edition in rosewood. they have a nice warm sound, good for things like crowded house etc.
I've always enjoyed Missions. Had a pair of floorstanders a couple decades ago that were great. The 750 looks very nice.

Attainable:

BMR Philharmonic Monitor - which does 34-25k, you can buy the kit, flat pack and have a speaker that kills everything under $5k - for $1800 (sans great finish)

BMR Philharmonic Tower - gets you to 25 Hz, better Raal tweeter - $4400 last I checked
The BMRs crush it when it comes to value if you like ribbon tweeters. They were at Capital Audio Fest this year.

The Buchardt Audio A500's are getting the most listening time at the moment 🎶

they do, it's a shame mission didn't use the crinkle finish on the mid-bass in anything else.

i'm also currently enjoying my Quad 11Ls in custom (Home made) timber boxes.

Only a $59950 difference! Seems a very large spans between these in ROI

I'm really enjoying the new Sonus Faber Nova series. Ironically I'm running it off a Naim Nova 😂

I listened to a lot of speakers when I bought my Energy RC-10 speakers around 20 years ago. There's still a review of them from back in the day, and I can vouch for that review being spot on. They're still going strong and I believe they're still "giant-killers." YMMV if you buy the current Klipsch model - no telling how that company has cheapened the construction since buying Energy. Love Canadian speakers from the early 21st century.

I have a set of MartinLogan Theos running off of an old B&K class-A amp that gives 600w a channel. That and a BalancedForce 212 is all I need, I'm not sure how I would improve.

Not bought many speakers over my life so far but I’ll list them, Tannoy 605’s bought in 1992ish and used till 2006 ish then active KRK Rokit 5 and KRK 10s subwoofer used till 2019 then active KRK Rokit 7 G4’s and KRK S10 subwoofer used till 2020 and finally my current set up below, Dynaudio LYD 48 3 way Monitors with Dynaudio 18s dual opposed subwoofer, I’ll not be changing anything unless someone wants to give me a pair of Kii 3 monitors, preferably with their BXT subs
