don't have time for a pic now, but the dampening on mine looks like 2 thick squares of foam on top of one another, both diagonal

Hi guys..
Jonathan here..new to this forum..
Just bought a vibro mk1 from a headfier here called textfeud...
Just arrived today at malaysia..

Initially wanted to buy the Omni..but i cannot justify the higher price of the omni for the same driver..
Therefore, i have choose to take the vibro route..

I have a bit of problem..the vibro clamping force is kinda weak to say here..
I have a bit leaking of sound over my right ear..the pad did not touch my ear fully..

Hoping someone woukd give me suggestion to fix this issue..?

Thanks,
Jonathan

You can bend the headband on the Vibro pretty easily to adjust clamping force.

Now that the headband issue is settled, you still going to say you can't justify the price? :p Just get the Omni already la...

After an hour trying to adjust the pad and the headband..
It is solved..
Follow the hifiman headband adjustment..

Now, vibro is Alive...better isolation and better clamping force..

One Word: Genius..

Zach is such a genius...this is among the best mids that i have listened...
And this is just the vibro..
Cannot imagine the Omni..

Saving money for the Omni..haha..hoping to buy it soon..

Thanks so much Echineko for the recommendation and supportive advices always..

Thanks zach for bringing us the ZMF line in the world..

Did similar to that..now the vibro have better seal and clamping force..
Like it a lot..

Zach, you are really a genius..
The vibro is so addictive until i have lost track of time..
3 hours passed in a blink of an eye..

The vibro is really awesome..
Keep on the good work of bringing good music to many of us..

Hoping to get the omni in the future..

Am an official fan of ZMF line..

Jonathan

Need to replace the pads on my Blackwoods. My Vibros had the protein leather so I don't want those.

How's the comfort level between the cowhide and lambskin?
