That’s my one!!!! I think I had the first prototype. Love it!!!Since you're in the Eufonika thread here, why not try the H32 hybrid?

How is it compared to the OTL?That’s my one!!!! I think I had the first prototype. Love it!!!

mmmmmmmmmmarvelous!Mine is h32m (don’t know what the m stands for…..
Or it could be like Wieslaw's naming convention for his dual mono amps such as the H7M.

It’s great in that it will drive all my planars and low ohm beasts just as nicely as my verite opens. The otl doesn’t pair at all with planars but is the pick over the otc for my verities. How is it compared to the OTL?

He never told me and I never asked. I will ask him though.mmmmmmmmmmarvelous!

I have the H33m and can confirm it is dual mono. It is a dual mono offshoot of the H20, but overpowered.mmmmmmmmmmarvelous!

Ok - thanks. I wouldn't have a clue. He did put heat sinks on sides of the first one but not on the second. But that may be completely irrelevant.I have the H33m and can confirm it is dual mono. It is a dual mono offshoot of the H20, but overpowered.
Hi, just received my H5KPCU, is the voltage switch in the right position? Sounds good but it's a bit noisy. Maybe it only requires tubes burn in.
Edit: tubes also started being veeery hot, more than my old little dot and when I felt something similar to burning smell I immediately shut it down.

I don’t know, my H5 doesn’t have that switch. Surely if you ask Wieslaw he will get back to you soon!

Is that a 6V driver tube? Sure looks like a 6V heater getting 12V. Very bright!Hi, just received my H5KPCU, is the voltage switch in the right position? Sounds good but it's a bit noisy. Maybe it only requires tubes burn in.

I don't know the orientation of the 6/12V heater switch. In cases of heater uncertainty, the best approach is to use a 12V tube (12SN7). Either the 12V tube gets 12V and everything is fine. Or the 12V heater gets 6V and it sounds off, but doesn't damage the tube as quickly as a 6V tube getting 12V on the heaters.
Yup, there is no such switch on my H5m
