I got the Ican, how do i connect my micro idsd up to it correctly?

A pair of RCA cables would do the trick. There may be a pair in the icans box

Got the RCA cables, i'm just confused if it goes into one of the three RCA inputs or the one RCA output.

Edit: Nevermind I was scared to just start plugging things in without being sure. I plugged the RCA in the input 1 and it works fine with my unbalanced single ended cable. I then switched out the single ended cable on my LCD-X to my balanced XLR cable and plugged that into the XLR input on the amp and it still plays music even though it's still set to input 1. I wasn't sure that would happen but i guess it works, just unsure if that means it's not balanced?

I would like to update the iCan tubes to WE396A. Would someone please advise the connector type. Is it round or circle ring?

I have thoroughly researched their respective reviews, but have come across none that compares these two models, despite being in a similar price range

I have heard the two side-by-side and the ifi wind sound wise by large! The DAC is way better and also the amp. But the user experience is better on the naim.

Hey everyone. I'm looking at idsd pro signature but for now ONLY for IEMs. I've heard that it can deliver sound quality like no DAP can but i have some concerns about that, especially because of built-in IEMatch. Have anybody tried comparing it with TOTL players like ak sp3000, rs8, n8-ii? is it really better than any other player?

p.s. listening music only at the office so don't really need pocket size but also can only listen closed iems or oems but for now not planning to buy any headphones

The iFi Studio line had some crossovers from our standard iFi Audio lines, so these are basically the same. I will check if there are any "Sonic" differences for you and report back if there are.

In a nutshell, those two products were already considered by many to be "Studio Quality Gear" so the crossover was easy and didn't involve changing anything.

I will make sure this is accurate but if one is on sale, well you know...

Not 100% sure what you are asking here, I thought I already said those tubes will be fine.

What do you mean by "Round" or "Circle Ring" do you mean the Pins of the tube or interior components of the Tube?

Also "Significant" would be determined by your ears, although most would consider those tubes an Upgrade.

If you are referring to what they have listed as Color in this pic...

Then that is reffering to the "getter" inside the Tube, and that's a matter of speculation that's best asked in a tube rolling thread, I would go with "Square" Or "D" shaped "getter"

A) Western Electric 396A Circle
B) Western Electric 396A Square ring

Which one it should be?
