In my IFI Gryphone, the display stopped working after a month of use. Have any of you had a similar problem?

It has diverse input and output, but lack of bass-resolution was quite disappointing. Without that, everything was perfect. Good build, full of utility.

@iFi audio to use the gryphon as a dac using line out balanced or single ended in the page it says to put the volume for less distortion in 0 to -3db. However the gryphon now is 0-106 scale not in db anymore. So what is the right setting?
“A: On the 3.5mm HP output, use at a setting between 0dB to -3dB for lowest distortion.
Lowest distortion is at 0dB to -3dB, depending on how high the digital modulation is. At less digital modulation (typical music etc.) 0dB setting has lower THD. At 0.5 *** it’s 0.00143% on 0dB setting. At 1.0 *** it’s 0.0036% on -3dB setting.”

I can't make out if you are sharing something or asking the question.
The volume set at 100 provides normal single ended and balanced DAC output voltages and at that setting matches other fixed output DACs.
You can lower the volume a little but dropping it to even around 90 makes a substantial difference to the overall output volume available from the connected amplifier.

Thank you, yes that is my question, which is the right volume to use for the least distortion/best result.I can't make out if you are sharing something or asking the question.

In some testing last night I was using Gryphon in my Studio setup and what @BS5711 is accurate. I found 100 to be right where it should have been on music I was familiar with where it put the meters in my rig.Thank you, yes that is my question, which is the right volume to use for the least distortion/best result.
I am still waiting for the technical answer but I would stay at 100 for accuracy.
Cheers!!
