With my tube buffer they don't sound much better than straight into my Atom amp. Soundstage might actually be wider with the solid state.

The bl-03 are amazing. Listened this morning the soundstage scared me. I thought someone was in my house.

Fx- audio tube-01, tube buffer with Riverstone audio ge tubes. The tubes are an upgrade that helped a lot but I'm still getting distortion. For hours on end the tube-01 sounds amazing then all of a sudden they sound awful. I believe I am using appropriate volume levels for the buffer.

I took your advice and it worked somewhat. The volume needs to be about half way on the amp. I guess it worked, the problem is the receiver sounds way better on its own. Oh well
