He's showing a side shot of the Spin Fit Omni silicone ear tips. We're trying to see if it's a shorter stemmed W-1Can someone explain what he is doing in the u12t picture? Thanks

Thanks for the pictures. Looks like the W-1 is narrower. So has anybody else tried cutting off 1/16th in. from a pair of W-1's yet?. I did on the U12t's and it is now my end game.W1 and omni. You can see how W1 sticks out more from the nozzle. I have a 1mm o-ring installed in the omni, otherwise the tip would be almost flush with the u12t nozzle.
64Audio had replied positively to a similar query recently. It’s reassuring as mine get daily use.Does anyone know if spare faceplate stickers exist for the Tia Fourte? At some point today one of mine fell off, and just after a quick check online i couldnt see any being sold. Its not a big deal either way, but obviously id prefer to get a replacement if possible
We can replace the faceplate inlays, but you will need to submit an RMA. You can contact support@64audio.com to get the process started.Does anyone know if spare faceplate stickers exist for the Tia Fourte? I also used this trick until I bought AZLA SednaEarfit Crystalam, I think they fit perfectly with long nozzles 64audioW1 and omni. You can see how W1 sticks out more from the nozzle. I have a 1mm o-ring installed in the omni, otherwise the tip would be almost flush with the u12t nozzle.
Thanks, PixelSquish, I hope you know that this kind of feedback means a lot to us here at 64 Audio. We make the IEM's that we want to listen to, and it always feels good to hear that you love them as much as we do.I went to CanJam on Sunday and tried a bunch of high end IEMs, with some specifically to A/B vs the Volur. I've been having FOMO of all these hyped IEM's from the Watercooler thread, and have even been thinking of trading the Volur,
Everytime I'd get back to the Volur, either at MusicTeck or Sunday at CanJam, I was like these just hit the spot. I want this sound. The Rn6 was the closest and I could see some people maybe preferring those slightly because they are small differences but we are also very varied individuals.
But nothing ever made me think, I need to trade for or get these or that I was missing much of anything at all. Obviously this is very subjective and for some people an Rn6 or VEX might be more to their liking, but if the Volur makes you really happy, for me at least, they are the all-rounder that I just want to have, no matter what I throw on my playlist. CanJam was good for me because I became more content in this constant FOMO hobby.
Of course this is music dependent. My music is primarily Indie rock and beat-driven Indie pop hybrid electronica, funky jazz, classic rock, '90's grunge, classic '80's music, a bit of classical, and some other genres that the Volur just sing with. But so so good.
