from my experience more drivers actually makes it worse for my preferences, at least with BA.

i like the andromeda, ue18+ more than jh16v2, u12t, u18t

Most of the recent ones here have gone for $1400 or so. If universals werent a hit or miss I'd have grabbed it.

Make sure the apex vent is not blocked (small pinhole vent on the inner side of the shell), and the same for dynamic driver vent (the large vent at the edge of the shell). The pop of driver flex usually happens when there is not enough room for air to escape, so it pushes on the diaphragm of DD. You can also try to relax the seal (try one size smaller eartips). In some other iems, a popular mod is to put a small string or something along the nozzle when you slide the eartip, thus breaking a seal by creating a small gap in there.

tried this today, first started with an extremely thin string, then went up to a yarn-sized string. dont think it made much of a difference either way

So it seems that the M15 might be the apex module for me. I already have the M20, does anyone know if 64 Audio will change it to the M15 if I ask? And also, who's their Headfi point of contact these days?

Received my U18t today. Everything is perfect except that the left unit doesn’t have that black ring (?) which is part of the wax guard maybe? Should I be worried?

My order still shows they don’t have my impressions, but they were delivered on Monday according to tracking. Is this normal?

Same here, they had mine since Tuesday. I think they take care of the rush customers before they bother to open our impression boxes.

I called them on Monday and they said no worry because their system have problem right now and it won’t update on the website. They said they would start to produce sometime on Monday.
I will call them to change faceplates today and ask about this too.

First time i see someone said that U18t is warm. Its very interesting.
Im dying cus of waiting for my second A18t. It will deliver later next week.
Btw im looking for a truely portable dap that it can pair well with A18t. A small dap that can easily put into jean pocket to carry arround. Any recommendations ?

What about the new Fiio M5? It is small enough to wear on a wrist.
