Yes, I tried it at a local meet up and it was/is really damned good. IIRC, it is tuned for a specific pair of Stax headphones. I was listening to a $$$ pair of planars just before the estat, the estat amp & HP's provided more resolution/clarity.

I built my BHC about 6 months ago, and it sounded quite nice, I had been listening a Vali 2+ with a variety of tubes, but, you know how things go....searching for the sound, etc. Tried a few different tubes in the BHC before settling in on an RCA xxxx (the rest is gone) and a Chatham JAN 6AS7G...

I am running the HI-X60 with Pi 3b>Bifrost 2/64>Lokius>Vali 2+ The Lokius EQ does make an appreciable difference

Hello Nostoi, I use the HI-X60 and yes, with EQ they are quite tunable and nicely responsive

My Vali 2+ sounds really nice with a TungSol 6SN7, it's better with a Brimar CV4033 It makes the 6SN7 sound veiled Another excellent recommendation via @bcowen
