Anyone have this problem, My spotify search option is not working when wifi(2.4g and 5g)is connected can only play from home screen only it always says internet connection is unavailable. But it works when i connect my smartphone hotspot. Other apps works fine.

If the problem does not located in other app, it seems to be a problem with this certain app. You may try to check the setting in the app or install it again for check?

I've been having trouble updating Fiio Music to version 3.1.0 - anytime I let it try to update itself through the Fiio Music app, it fails to parse the package is the message I get repeatedly - I tried manually loading in the apk file and installing it that way, but then it says "the package conflicts with an existing package by the same name" - this continued to occur even after I cleared the app data. Any help would be appreciated, much thanks.

I use the Hiby Music app to play my uploaded FLAC files. It has great EQ functionality and is easy to use.

Please try to download the FiiO Music app from our forum instead:

Then copy it to the M11Pro and install in manually.
Does the issue still remain?

Hey everyone. Having another strange issue, don't know if anyone has reported this one yet.

I added some files, an album, to my M11 Pro the other date. I found a higher quality image of the artwork online, so I updated the metadata with the new artwork. Normally, whenever I make a change to the master file, I delete the track on the M11 Pro, remove it from the SD card and then re-add it. Scan the files and there they are, updated as they should be.

This has gone without fail, however for this one album, I can't for the life of me get the new artwork to update properly. It keeps getting stuck on the original artwork. In fact, half of the songs have the old artwork and the other half has the new artwork. I tried deleting the files multiple times, I deleted the master file from my iTunes, re-encoded the copy I have saved and re-added it to iTunes, tried reverting back to original artwork thinking maybe the image file was the problem, didn't work, even tried changing the metadata using XLD instead of iTunes, that didn't work either. I tried re-adding under a slightly different artist name (changed a couple letters around) and that seemed to work, but naturally I want to keep the actual artist/album name. It seems like the player, when recognizing the artist and album name, is stuck on the old artwork in its meta and I have no idea how to fix it. The embedded files are all right/correct. Also, on the player, when it shows the list of files, or if I click track info, it will show the old artwork, only when I expand the player to full size is when it shows the updated artwork on the tracks that have it. I'm totally stumped on this one. I've tried everything I can think of. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Not sure what's wrong with this album/files...and yes, I've updated to the most recent version. Can anyone help please?

I have paid the couple bucks to get the full version, but I think that mostly matters if you are trying to change multiple albums at once. I tried out quite a few 'tagging' apps and this is the best one i've come across so far.

I prefer the HyBy Music app on my M11Pro. I cannot say for sure it will solve your cover art issue, but the app can exist side-by-side on the M11Pro. No need to reload your FLAC files
I like the EQ functionality.
