Thanks, sounds like the SN isn't for me then as I am a bit of a bass lover. I had been considering the XTC² and then getting a Magni/Modi stack to power it. That would just about fit in my budget.

There is obviously an overlap with fans of Soekris, Cayin and ZMF. I am using the 2541 -> HA-3A -> Verite Closed.

Definitely won't be a problem as the Soekris has separate outputs buffers for XLR and RCA so one does not affect the other.
